The best time to visit Pattaya is from November through February. The weather in this period presents the most ideal conditions because temperatures stay between 25°C to 28°C (77°F to 82°F). 

• During the winter months, visitors can enjoy outdoor activities such as sightseeing, beach visits, and city exploration because the weather is cooler. The dry climate also creates perfect conditions for walking or hiking through the area.
  

• Pattaya reaches its peak tourism period during this season and brings heavier crowds along with higher hotel rates. The early months of November and late February provide better weather conditions without excessive tourist crowds.

• The hot season, spanning March through June, is also an excellent time to explore Pattaya if you enjoy warm temperatures. However, the temperatures rise above 30°C (86°F) during this period, while the high humidity levels create additional heat. 
  

• The rainy season from July to October receives the least visitor traffic because of heavy rainfall, yet it offers affordable deals to those willing to tolerate occasional rain.

• Pattaya provides excellent beach weather conditions throughout the entire year. The climate features three distinct periods including hot weather, rainy conditions, and cool temperatures. 

• The March to June interval marks the hot season in Pattaya when temperatures exceed 30°C (86°F). The weather provides excellent beach conditions because of extensive sunshine during this season.
  

• July through October marks the rainy period in Pattaya. Pattaya experiences brief but heavy rainfalls which happen during afternoon or evening hours when temperatures remain warm. The wet weather does not persist through the entire day which leaves enough time for visitors to explore the city.

Pattaya is easily accessible to everyone. 

• By Air: 

U-Tapao International Airport serves as the closest airport to Pattaya with a 45-minute drive from the city by car. The airport provides service for both national and international passengers. Most visitors choose to land at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok instead of U-Tapao International Airport. It is about a 2-hour drive from Pattaya. 

From the airport: 

Passengers can travel from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Pattaya through taxi service, private vehicle transportation, or shuttle bus access. 

• By Bus/Minivan:

The airport transportation center provides budget-friendly minivan and bus services which take about two hours to reach Pattaya. 

• By Car/Taxi:

The option of renting a private car or taking a taxi provides both comfort and speed during your travel. The road network in Pattaya provides excellent access to the city so travelers from other Thai cities can reach the destination using buses or trains.
